同音异形异义词辨析

在浩瀚的英语词汇中,有着各种各样的构词规律,其中有一类词汇的发音相同,然而词形不同,当然意义也就不同了.以下是两个人在电话中的一组对话: "Could you tell me your name?" "Watt." "I asked you what your name is." "I told you Watt is my name."很显然问话方认为对方没有听懂自己的问题,他将Watt当成是what了.如果没有掌握这类词的异同特点,在做听力理解题时就很可能产生误解,也就无法准确做题了.为了便于学生集中复习,现将一些常见的同音异形异义词辨析如下:

1. air n. 空气
