在公司接听电话时，一般要先报上自己的姓名与公司名称，
比如：
This is Rita Chang of ABC Trading Company.
( 这里是 ABC 公司的 Rita Chang 。 )
或者也可以说：
ABC Trading Company. Can I help you?
(ABC 贸易公司，我能为你作些什麽吗？ )
如果接听的是分机，要报上自己部门的名称，比如：

B.“电话问候语”脱口秀

电话记录主要涉及：电话来自何人(From：sb.)、打给什么人(To：sb.)、电话号码(Telephone number,常缩写为Tel)日期(Date)、时间(Time)、电话内容(Message)，记录人往往也会在末尾签上自己的名字，以示负责。(具体格式可以参看《英语写作“聊天室”(六)》)
